Sapphire SE-FR50 Freestanding Gas Fryer
The Sapphire SE-FR50 Freestanding Gas Fryer is designed for durability and high performance, featuring a stainless steel front, galvanized sides and rear, and a stainless steel vat. Its powerful vertical cast iron burners deliver 30,000 BTU/hr each, supported by a tube design with internal baffles for efficient heat transfer and prompt temperature recovery to ensure crispy results.
This fryer features a convenient cold zone to prevent food particle scorching, a 450°F hi-limiter for safety, and a thermostat adjustable from 200°F to 400°F. Additional highlights include a chromed basket with a plastic-coated handle, 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, rear gas connection, easy oil drainage, and simple assembly with all units shipped knocked down (K.D.) and pallet-packed.
