Achieve a flawless velvety finish with the Silikomart Cherry Red Velvet Spray, designed to elevate mousses, entremets, and frozen desserts with a rich, professional appearance. This cocoa butter–based spray delivers a smooth, even coating that enhances both presentation and texture with a vibrant cherry red color.

For optimal results, use the spray on frozen surfaces while maintaining the can between 25°C and 35°C, shaking well before and during application. Apply from a distance of about 20 inches in light, even layers, keeping the can vertical and the nozzle clean to ensure consistent performance and a refined finish.

The spray can must be used at a temperature strictly not higher than 35°C (95°F), and maintained at a temperature of not less than 25°C (77°F). Shake well before and during using. Spray evenly with small pressures a thin and homogeneous layer keeping a distance of about 50 cm from the frozen surface. Keep the spray as vertical as possible. Keep the nozzle always clean. Avoid overuse. Let it dry and repeat the operation if necessary. The recommended setting-time before consumption is 1 hour. Store at room temperature in a dry place.
