Traulsen TBC5-51 is a blast chiller that can be fully adjusted, thanks to adjustable legs. You get them in the package. In addition it also has hot gas defrost, stainless steel frame and exterior and refrigerated and freeze mode that is available after each cycle and it is automatic.
