Molded Fiber Glass Tray Company bagel board provides bakery professionals with a rigid fiberglass composite board 1/4 inch thick that sets the industry standard for cleanliness, durability and long life.

Customers choose the Molded Fiber Glass Tray Company bagel board because it offers a safe, clean alternative to wood boards.

    • Made of fiberglass reinforced composite
    • Meets NSF Standard No. 2
    • All ingredients used in this bagel board's manufacturing are listed in the Code of Regulations, Title 21 of the Federal Register of the FDA

The fiberglass reinforced construction in this bagel board produces a high strength-to-weight ratio so the board will not bend, distort or sag. The bagel board is easily cleaned in your pan washer and will not absorb moisture or contaminants.

This bagel board fits standard 18x26 racks. The textured surfaces control corn meal and ease product removal. This bagel board is able to withstand temperatures from -60 degrees F to 250 degrees F constant temperature, and 300 degrees F plus for intermittent use.

The FDA Food Code 2005 limits use of wood as a food contact surface under 4-101.17 except "hard maple or an equivalently hard, close-grained wood." The Molded Fiber Glass Tray Company Bagel Board is listed under NSF/ANSI Standard No. 2. The bagel board is excellent for proofing pretzels and bread.

2nd order of proofing boards... I wanted something that wasn't aluminum, and something that would hold up for various confections. These are great trays, easy to use, easy to clean and will use a lot more often.

Great trays for numerous reasons I was looking for a flat type tray, not aluminum baking sheets when I came across these proofing boards. They are nicely flat, work great and allow the air to circulate around our product.

A baker's must The texture is really good quality, and always clean! I think fiberglass is better than wood for bagel boards. When putting your bakery ingredients on it, it is so easy to use!
