    Pavogel molds are used for preparing ice cream on a stick.

    The stick (50 included) is inserted (under the ice cream cavity) in a slot whose compartment (integrated with the mold) has a hinge. The two parts connected at the hinge fit together by nubs in one part and holes in the other.

    The advantage of the hinge is the ease of exposing the ice cream with the stick, by which you can then lift the ice cream out and keep it from touching your fingers. That means hygiene.

    How to use the Pavogel mold

    1. With a decorating bag or chocolate funnel, fill the Pavogel cavities.
    2. Slip each stick in its slot.
    3. Level the ice cream with a spatula.
    4. Keep in blast chiller for 90 minutes.
    5. Open the hinge and remove the ice cream by the stick.
    Each cavity of this Maracaibo Pavogel mold (as opposed to the 4-cavity Maracaibo mold) 1-7/8 inch x 3-3/8 inch 1 inch high (48mm x 85mm x 25mm high).
    Volume each cavity 2.9 oz (85ml). Overall size of mold 5-5/8 inch x 7-5/8 inch x 1 inch high (143mm x 194mm x 25mm high).
    Each wooden stick 3/8 inch x 4-3/8 inch (10mm x 111mm).
