    With the Pavogel mold you can make ice cream pops on a stick.

    The stick (50 included) is inserted (under the ice cream cavity) in a slot whose section (integrated with the mold) is hinged. The two parts that connect at the hinge fit together by projections in one part and holes in the other.

    The hinge makes the extraction of the ice cream or ices both clean and effortless, since you lift the ice cream straight out by the stick. That way the food and your fingers don't touch each other.

    Pavogel mold procedure

    1. Fill the Pavogel cavities with the ice cream or ices preparation.
    2. Insert each wooden stick in its slot.
    3. Level the ice cream.
    4. Slide the mold with its filled cavities in a blast chiller and freeze for 90 minutes.
    5. Open the hinge and take out the ice cream by the stick.
    Each cavity of the Linear Pavogel mold 3/4 inch x 2-3/8 inch x 7/8 inch high (20mm x 60mm x 22mm high).
    Volume each cavity 0.8 oz (25ml).
    Overall size of mold 4-5/16 inch x 7-9/16 inch x 7/8 inch high (110mm x 192mm x 22mm high).
    Each wooden stick 3/8 inch x 2-15/16 inch (10mm x 75mm).
