Great for cutting fudge!
This is perfect for cutting 9 inch squares of fudge with even spacing and no waste per lb.

Stainless Steel Dough Scraper
Have not had a chance to try this out, yet. However, it is very heavy-duty and made very well. It appears that it should work very well and last a long time.

WOW - SUPERB, EXCELLENT, PERFECT !!! This is exactly what I was hoping to find to cut my oatmeal raisin squares with. I can't believe I found it. Thank you for selling it. NO OTHER company sells this item or anything similar.
