Rosette cookies are light and airy treats typically served with powdered sugar or cinnamon sprinkled on top. These fried pastries have a rich Scandinavian history and are typically made around Christmas time. Rosettes irons are customarily made of a lacy design and this Angel Rosette Iron will surely bring back many memories to these traditional cookies. Our Angel Rosette Iron Mold is made from cast aluminum alloy, which allows the cookie to slide easily off the mold after frying (Irons should be seasoned properly in hot oil prior to first use), and they are lightweight for safe and easy handling around hot oil.

new mold purchase
I was very excited. I have an old set with limited molds. I was happy to have found a place that I could get new ones. Can't wait to use the two that I purchased. The angel and the star.

Angelic Mold For Cookies
This mold is so nice! It makes very beautiful angel cookies. It's made of a strong material so I am not worried about it breaking. If you're thinking about purchasing this, make sure you have the handles to use it too. I am happy with my purchase and it came here quick!
