Very sweet.
Bought this marzipan because it was said to have a relatively low sugar content and I bought in bulk to save on shipping. Unfortunately it tastes VERY sweet and not very almondy. Needed it for a baking project but wouldn't buy it again. If you are in the market for marzipan or almond paste I recommend you try to taste it before buying in bulk since sugar concentrations quoted don't seem very accurate.
