With 12 detailed cavities shaped like mangoes, this professional-grade mold is perfect for mousses, entremets, and frozen desserts that demand a sculptural presentation.
Each cavity measures 3.5" x 2.3" x 1.4" (90mm x 58mm x 35mm) with a volume of 3.2 oz. (95 ml.), and the overall mold size is 11.8" x 15.75" (300mm x 400mm). Made from non-stick silicone with a slick upper surface, the mold ensures easy release, is easy to clean with mild soap, and can be sanitized in the oven at 150°C (302°F) for two minutes.
