Designed for precision baking, the Pavoni TMF10 Puff Pastry Tray Kit delivers consistent, professional results when working with laminated doughs. Developed in collaboration with Cesare Murzilli, this system promotes even airflow and uniform baking for crisp, well-defined puff pastry.

Constructed from durable aluminum, the kit includes two double micro-perforated baking trays that measure 24" x 16" x 0.4" (600 x 400 x 10mm). The micro-perforation enhances heat distribution and moisture release, helping achieve optimal lift, flakiness, and texture in every bake.
