Interesting device
This device has helped me with the chocolate "frosting" on my biscotti. It's taking me a bit to get used to it as the "plunger" gets further down I lose some of the control of the contents.

Great for chocolate
I messed around with disposable plastic syringes before trying this. This is waaay easier to use and clean. Works well for untempered (messy under any conditions) and especially well for tempered chocolate.
