The Blodgett 981/951 double-deck gas oven is a durable, professional-grade solution for commercial baking needs. It features a robust full angle iron frame and a sleek stainless steel exterior for long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. The oven is equipped with counterbalanced doors, heavy chrome-plated handles, and adjustable 7" stainless steel legs.
Internally, each oven deck has an aluminized steel baking compartment and steel deck supported by an angle iron frame, with compartment sizes of 42” x 32”. The 981 provides a 7" height, while the 951 offers a more generous 12" height. Advanced insulation minimizes heat loss, and the liquid pressure thermostat provides precise temperature control from 200°F to 500°F.
