Two stainless steel drawers allow you to keep pans (sold separately) of frozen ingredients handy at all times. The 1/3 hp compressor, R-404a refrigerant and high density polyurethane insulation help this unit maintain temperatures between -5 and -10 degrees Fahrenheit
