    • 5qt. Stainless Steel Bowl, cooling fan and plastic scraper (dishwasher safe) included
    • Bowl lifts out for easy dispensing.
    • Operates on 110 VAC
    • Dimensions: 12" high, 17" diameter.
    • 6-month warranty from manufacturer
    • Bulb can be replaced with Medium Base, A19 Shape, 100 Watt Frosted Incandescent
    Note about this machine: Commonly called a batch temperer, this CMC tempering machine works for chocolate that you bring to temper and then use, as opposed to leaving it in the temperer indefinitely. Doing so would overtemper the chocolate, turning it thicker and thicker until it's a paste -- not the kind of chocolate you want.
