Rollerbiscuit has been designed to roll out all types of biscuits and/or solids of similar density with truly unique accuracy and speed.

The benefits of Rollerbiscuit are numerous: rolling takes a quarter of the time normally required when using traditional methods; product quality is also improved.

The product created is extremely uniform in terms of both thickness and width, and as a result cooks more evenly too. Rollerbiscuit rolls out all types of biscuits, but is particularly suited to the preparation of mignons and logs. Its operation is fully mechanical. Rollerbiscuit features useful markings for adjusting biscuit thickness. A central control memorizes the level selected so that the door can be closed (and brought rapidly to the width required) once the sheet of baking paper has been pulled out and the biscuits are placed on trays.

    Rollerbiscuit is made entirely of stainless steel and is easily dismantled for washing in a dishwasher.Rollerbiscuit measures 400mm x 475mm x 315mm high (16" x 19" x 12.6" high).

Rollerbiscuit requires only one person to operate. To use, follow the steps as pictured below (going from top left picture clockwise). 1. Pour the batter into the hopper. 2a. Adjust the height of the "door" (the rectangular piece of metal mentioned above) with the left and right knobs. Running up and down beside each knob are (engraved in the metal) nine horizontal lines spaced equally apart, to help you set your height with precision. 2b. Loosen the knob positioned above and between the left and right knobs, to let the skinny piece of metal at the top of the Rollerbiscuit fall to the top of the door; then tighten the knob again. This will hold the spot you chose for the height of the door, and allow you to lower the door, from that height, to the bottom to hold the parchment paper in place for the final step. (When you later pull the door back up, that skinny piece of metal will stop the door at the height you originally chose for it.) 3. Pull the parchment paper out the desired length, lower the door to hold the paper in place, and cut the sheet to fit the tray that you'll move the biscuit batter to.
