With the Groen HFP/1/3 Tilt Skillet, you can cook up to 75 lbs. of ground beef or make up to 30 gallons of soup at once! Its thermostat is embedded close to the top surface for fast reaction to temperature inputs. Simple, straightforward controls are recessed to avoid damage. The center-tilt design has a shorter pour, consumes less aisle space and is designed to effectively flow the contents of the unit with minimal surge or drip. Groen has strengthened their hinges on the cover for increased durability and longer life. The rounded interiors are unmatched by any competitor. The rounded corners eliminate food buildup.
