The double-filigree fondant you unmold from the Bellissimo Scroll mold can, placed on a cake, harmonize with the pattern formed in the the Bella Scroll mold (item MS-BELLA), but also suffices as a cake adornment by itself.
Like the Bella-mold design, Bellissimo is a brainchild of Marina Sousa and part of her collection of brooch designs.
