Description
Easy to use, FONDUST® is a micro-encapsulated food coloring especially designed for coloring food with very low water content. It can be used to color fondant, sugar work (before or after baking), almond paste, royal icing, buttercream, cake mix, macaroons, decorating gel, candy, etc. Practically everything, except pure chocolate. With FONDUST®, you can achieve very dark colors, like black, red, blue and brown, as well as very bright colors, such as orange, green, pink and violet.

great quality product!
The Roxy & Rich Fondust worked well for me. I used it to color white fondant a very pale pink for a baby girl's first birthday cake. This product requires a learning curve. It is much stronger than any other food color you will ever use, and requires only a tiny touch to achieve a rich color. It kneaded in well to my fondant, even with the addition of Tylose for mold work. The R&R fondust is a quality product and I enjoyed working with it.
