By simply mixing in this natural food dye, you can transform your icing, fondant and other goods with bright colors of every shade. The gel food coloring blends in easily without ever changing the taste, texture or scent of your final products.

Chefmaster Natural Food Coloring work best with low heat/no heat desserts and toppings due to the relatively low heat resistance of the natural ingredients. To alter the color of no-bake desserts, natural food coloring easily blends into the filling with very little extra mixing. The color combines with the filling quickly and easily to prevent overworking and to speed up the dessert creation process. Gel food coloring also works wonderfully to alter the shade of icing and fondant without watering down the final texture.

Only 10 drops of the deeply pigmented food gel are required to fully change the color of 100 grams of icing. Additional drops of color can be added to deepen the hues to match your expectations.
