Capable of grinding 55–60 lb. of fresh boneless beef per minute through a 1/8" plate and 60–65 lb. of pork per minute through a 3/16" plate, this unit features a wedge cylinder compatible with standard #32 knives and plates, powered by a robust 8.5 HP grind motor and a 1 HP mix motor. Constructed with a glass bead–finished stainless steel hopper, stainless steel panels, ring, and cylinder, along with a tinned mixing arm and conveyor screw, it offers easy-to-clean food contact surfaces, a counterbalanced lid, double-wall construction, and includes a drain pan, meat deflector, and two fixed adjustable casters for added convenience and sanitation.
