Great pan, but not 100% non stick after seasoning I really like the pan. Seasoned it well according to instructions, but food still sticks occasionally.

Very Heavy, Good Quality Thick and heavy duty pans. As heavy as cast iron. I've just got them and still in the early stages of seasoning them. Follow the instructions carefully and these should be a good pan for indoor or outdoor cooking. My first use after seasoning was for fried eggs and they slid out easily. You need to use oil with these every time you cook, And a generous amount otherwise food sticks ( my chicken breast did). Never wash, just use water and a wooden utensil or green scrub sponge to scrub. If food is stuck on, slowly add water and let sit on stove to soften. Then scrub, wipe, rinse, dry, and re-oil, heat if necessary. Dry and put away.
