Description
Roast slicer or bread slicer knife with a 10" narrow scalloped blade and white Sani-Safe® handle. The high-impact white "Grip-Tex" polypropylene handle is slip-resistant, safe, and withstands high and low temperatures. Sani-Safe® professional cutlery is NSF certified. There is an impervious sanitary seal between the blade and handle. The blade is stain-free, high-carbon steel with super-sharp edges, hand-ground and honed. Easily cleaned.
