Matfer Bistro cleaning paste Love this product. I have used my Bourgeat cookware for over thirty years and this is the best cleaner I have found. It is a polish as well so it prolongs the effects of oxidation. It does not remove the black from gas rings or frequent oven use which I do, but I use these for daily cooking and don't care about room display. Saying that, they not only cook perfectly but do display beautifully also.
