Nice looking but ... The brush sheds bristles. The bristles are very stiff and got even stiffer after only one use. After brushing with beaten egg white. I washed the brush thoroughly but bristles still feelsquite hard.

KK-1 This pastry brush is a little stiff for brushing the top of scones ready for baking. A brush that is softer would be better
