piece of junk never worked

Nice timer and excellent customer service! This is the second CDN TM12 timer that I have purchased. They work great and are very convenient to use. Unfortunately, after ordering this time, I needed to cancel. Bakedeco very graciously refunded my purchase, and the email communications with them were very considerate.
