Matfer Stainless Steel Dough Cutter with Plastic Handle
NOT a professional tool
This scraper is SMALL! It may be fine for the home baker but at just over 4", this thing is tiny. Totally unjustified considering the price. I thought I would get a professional tool and not some hobby bakers toy. Very disappointed.
