Dont invert I'm not sure why the instructions are to invert the cookie cutter and place spread dough on top. That just seems to be too much work. I spread the dough and then use the cookie cutter on top of the spread dough. I roll the pin over the cutter once and then I can lift the cut cookies onto the pans for baking.

Perfect These cutters are perfect for making large quantities of cookies. They will go through the thickest dough.

Fastest way to cut out cookies Why did it take me 70 years to find a cookie cutter that cut multiple cookies at once? What a terrific time-saver this is. Took a bit of trial and error to get the dough the right temperature so I could lay it on top of the sheet but once I figured that out, making dozens of cookies was a snap. Perfectly sized and cut, all in one motion.
