Purchased it's large size and it was perfect for baking babkas and cakes
We liked the larger size of this disposable loaf pan so much that we orders it's smaller sister-size to replace another Novacart mold of similar size that didn't hold up well in the freezer.

Amazing.
This is the best non-stick product I could hope for with babka and honeycake. The pans open at joints for slicer loaves and depanning them is fast and clean. We use these exclusively for about 100 babka a week and honeycake twice a year. Our cinnamon/sugar/butter schmear is incredibly hard to remove off of every surface except these pans. The cost is very fair considering convenience, portability, and appearance. I would recommend thses to anyone considering the small scale marketing of babka and seasonal honeycakes bakes!
