Great product and includes a rolling pin Who doesn't love homemade pasta Make it a family event and make pasta easily. I love the chitarra. Its fun to cut out pasta with it and even a child can use it. Great price and authentic product.

Love this Eppicotispai chitarra pasta cutter I took a cooking class with my daughter in Florence Italy this past November and we used this exact type of pasta cutter Of course they offered this chitarra for purchase at the class but who has room in their luggage to pack something like this So when I got back to the States I searched and found Kerekes had the exact same chitarra and I purchased it from them

POOR The wires are all loose and uneven and I can't remedy that. Not worth what I paid for it.

What a wonderful tool for pasta chitarra! Great tool, works as promised. Ideally you would like to have more tuning options. Strings in the middle have less tension and you need to push pasta down with your finger. I tried to tight it more, but afraid to break strings. But it works and pasta comes so good!
