Used Every Morning Perfect for frying one egg. After seasoned up put less than 1/2 tsp. butter in a hot pan. Add egg and air flip the egg over after 1 minute. Clean with paper towel and smoke off the remaining butter film over high heat. It's really simple. No more Teflon non-stick for me. Two eggs will work as well but more difficult to air flip as I am no expert!

Retired my last non-stick pan. The new deBuyer mineral b is a perfect compliment to my blu steel crepe pan.It was easy to season and has the heft to sear as well as cast iron.It makes perfect non stick eggs with only a touch of butter.I could not be happier with the Kerekes/Bake Decofast shipping too.
