Perfect Proofing Basket The Thermohauser round proofing basket is perfect for my sourdough, allowing just enough air circulation to rise without drying out the dough. I use a reusable plastic cover with elastic over the proofing basket and it's perfect for proofing in the refrigerator. The Thermohauser round proofing basket is easy to clean with soap and water, which is why I purchased it to begin with instead of a rattan proofing basket. Also, the BakeDeco price cannot be beat!! Orange Proofing baskets Excellant quality material that cleans up nicely in the dishwasher. The basket leaves a nice pattern on the top of my sourdough!!
