Meringue mix Excellent product! Easy to use and delicious, delicate cookies. Am buying again...and again....

Meringue mix I've put off making a meringue cookie for 40 yrs. I got this mix and after looking at it for a week I gave it a try. Wow. It was so easy and when I finished I put into the meringue cookie container from Trader Joe's. My daughter in law tried one and insisted it was store bought! Try it yourself.... Quick and easy. I'm going to add some vanilla next time. Mmmmm melt in your mouth goodness! Crispy on outside a bit chewy inside.
