Loaf Pans I ordered these loaf pans and they work good. The only problem I have found is the bread doesn't release well. I put a parchment liner on the bottom and it seems to work better, although the sides still stick. It would be better if the manufacturer could put a non stick coating on the inside. I still like these pans and will continue to use them.
