Not Great At All As a candy maker I assumed gold sanding sugar was mainly identical. This is definitely Horrible consistency and literally melts like regular sugar would when using as a decoration. Its very cheaply made. Basically table sugar with very little gold color. Honestly it looks yellow. Horrible. Wouldn't recommend.
