de Buyer 28cm Mineral B Pro Pan The pan is a very well constructed item. My actual use with it at this time is limited to only a half dozen cooking sessions, but it has performed very well. After 3 oven seasoning sessions, it brown beautifully and also works as well as a non-stick pan for egg dishes. My only surprise was with the weight of the pan. Given that it is 3 mm thick, it is heavier than most carbon steel pans which are generally 2 mm thick. The thickness may well be a positive in preventing warping.

Should have purchased sooner I have been eyeing this pan for a while and I can't seem to find it available anywhere else. I was told it'd be backordered but I only really waited an extra few days. After only two seasonings, the pan was already nonstick. Though the pan feels a bit heavier than expected, I think it's well worth it to be able to put this pan in the oven as opposed to the normal Mineral B.

hope it meets expectations Pan arrived quickly, it appears to be a factory second given it's condition (poorly finished exterior with unpolished machine marks and the lip of the pan was dangerously sharp and clearly not finished properly) but for the price I'll accept that. It is heavy and sturdy and with time I hope it meets my expectations.

Everyone Needs This Product Carbon steel pans Amazing!! Why didn't anyone tell me about them?!I'm 51 years old.....what makes me mad is that non stick junk from China is everywhere and this type of pan is not on the shelves. Thank you I will be ordering everything else through your company! Peace
