Perfect banneton for the perfect loaf Excellent quality price and service make for the perfect loaf of sourdough bread

Basket Does the Job I needed an additional proofing basket and came across this one while doing a search on Google. Havent had any problems with it yet. The bread seems to rise just as well as in my primary dish and nothing sticks. I like the look of it too, it seems as if it is old and well loved.
