Baking dish I like this dish size. Really nice for small fruit cakes. You have to line with parchment paper to keel from sticking. That is why I did not grade a 5

Fell apart I was hopeful for this but when I was putting the dough in these to make little pies, they came apart, thin paper sides . I ending up having to use something else and throw these away. I did also order little square trays from this company that was a different material. They worked great. Made the pies in those instead. I can't image anything you could use these for, not for cooking.

Perfect for Tarts I am just a home baker, but I make a lot of desserts for friends and family. I wanted to try out some new molds for my fruit tarts and saw these. They look just as beautiful in person as they do online. I've used them a few times now and they do what they are intended to. You will hear no complaints from me.
