Perfect for individual servings Purchased these for individual servings of coffee cake to take with us when we travel. They fit the bill perfectly - they stand up to the oven just fine and they retain their shape with the items I've baked in them. It is a good size for a "mini cake" or a coffee cake/crumb bun serving on the road.

Four Ounces I have a lot of medical Problems and 4 oz is not very much. But with these It makes it very easy. they are very easy to use and are strong enough that you can bake and freeze after baking. Also they don't leak so you can put vegetables with liquids in them and freeze.

Perfect size! I really love these pans. I sell small cakes to people who need just a little something for their lunch and this size is perfect and the pan is unique. It also leads to many orders for full-size cakes. Will keep ordering.
