Great Brioche molds and rreat price I love those brioche molds. They're very sturdy and the brioche popped right out of the molds very eastly. All you have to do is to oil them first before putting the dough in it to rise for baking. For cleaning I just put them in a big bowl of hot soapy water and clean them with a soft rag and dry well. I recommend these highly.

Work just fine Mold seems pretty solid from my work with it. Have to make sure you don't get water in it but that's no big deal. Cleans easy and makes a great option for desserts. Haven't had it long but so far it isn't having any issues with bending out of place or anything adverse like that.
