Non-Traditional use Used for a SEMIFREDDO recipe with a pan lining for removal. I have not yet baked in it but it worked great for the desert

Perfect Terrine Top quality construction and function. Perfection.

Good pate mold This is an excellent mold for pate en croute: solid construction, dark metal for golden crust, and easy to take apart. I wouldn't use it for a terrine, though: I think it would leak. For my purpose (pates en croute), it is great.
