Cavatelli Maker Pieces are much smaller than I thought Will take time to get dough right so it doesnt stick to rollers and jam up.

Absolute garbage Doesn't work. Piece of garbage. Even tried to find YouTube videos where people were having success but they were using DIFFERENT machines than this one. Grab a glass of wine and sit down and make it the old-fashioned way.

Takes Practice, but maybe never perfect Let me be clear, I have not tried a different brand, so I don’t have a comparison. It took me several attempts to get the dough perfect for the machine to work. The instructions said to use the potato recipe which came wayyyyy too soft. It just gummed up in the machine. After adding more flour, then more flour, then more flour, it finally worked. I achieved a truly tasteless pasta that was a lot smaller than I expected - definitely smaller than any store brand. Yep, that was cleaned and put in my closet - probably never to be used again.

I'm in love! Making cavatelli has never been easier or faster. Every one is perfect. It's easy to use and clean up is a breeze. If my cutting board were a hair thinner it would be easier to attach the cavatelli maker.
