Great pasta surface
This pastry board was exactly what I was looking for Smooth and also clean up is a snap. Perfect size for every task I throw at it. I love the piece of wood on the bottom to keep it from moving on the counter. Very handy. My mom liked it so much that she ordered one.

great for pasta rolling
Just used this board for the first time. It works great--good absorbency and good grab on the pasta. However, I wish it were larger. It is just big enough to roll one one-egg recipe, to feed two people. And even at that, the dough filled the whole space.
