Not what I expected This product I bought third time and I was trusting about the color but this time I purchased and the color was not red. It's very light pink.

Not the best quality As I wanted to go a little cheaper than the brand Martellato I thought it will be a good brand as the well known chef but the texture is not the best and also leaves a big red mark after eating the entremet. I would not recommend. I also got the Yellow Orange and white color. Maybe the yellow was the only ok product.
