Great so far I am loving this It makes chocolate-making SO much more joyful. It takes the away the miserable part of stirring and stirring and stirring and trying to get the temper right. It makes dipping so much easier because the temperature stays where it needs to be. My chocolates and ganache's are coming out PERFECT. I've seen people complain about callets being pushed out as the bowl turns. If you add them in increments it works perfectly.

Love it I wish I had a few more. They work great.

Great Little Machine For the other user that commented that it didn't work right out of the box there could be reasons for this that are specifically called out in the manual with instructions for what to try. Hopefully they did that. This is a great little machine perfect for the hobbyist chocolatier which is what I am. It tempers chocolate easily and beautifully with no complicated steps it does it all for you. Yes if you are using callets instead of the recommended block chocolate they will tend to want to climb out of the bowl. But that doesn't mean you cant use callets I do all the time as my favorite couverture chocolate Carma doesn't come in block form. Just simply don't fill the bowl as full initially. Add more callets as they melt until you have the right amount melted. The machine will continue to melt the chocolate after it reaches and maintains melt temp until you push the button indicating that you are ready to seed. Overall I am very satisfied with the unit. It works well and is easy to clean. Please don't have huge expectations for capacity. This is not really meant for the high production professional chocolatier. Purchase something larger if that is what you need. Appreciate the machine for what it is and don't expect it to be something it isn't and I think you will be very pleased with its performance.
