Wonderful Vegan Option I use this chocolate as a vegan option in my artisanal candy bars. I find that it has a strong and rich cocoa flavor which I prefer over other high-end chocolates in my collection. I honestly like it so much that the only reason I'm writing this is to defend it from the previous review. I will say that it can be difficult to temper if you don't know what you're doing. But other than that I give it a ten out of ten. Definitely worth trying no matter what your diet consists of.

Lacks flavor and intensity. Bought 3 bags of this for enrobing and baking but I'm disappointed in the lack of flavors and intensity for a 62 dark chocolate. Still quite sweet. I would not purchase this product again.
