Thick and sturdy - work great I used 2 12 x 1 tin cookie cutters as baking rings for years and they worked well but they were starting to tarnish and I wanted something taller to support the alternative flour batter biscuits I was now making. I was just about to give up hope when I found these. They are exactly what I was searching for - 2 1/2 x 1 3/4 so the batter wouldn't overflow and I got nice tall biscuits. I also wanted stainless steel so they would be dishwasher safe. When they arrived I was surprised at how thick and sturdy they were. I highly recommend these.
