Excellent quality I originally had two heavy duty aluminum cookie sheets. When baking large cookie batches my other cookie sheets tended to burn my cookies. I tried purchasing the same type of heavy duty cookie sheets from another dealer and they were not equal in thickness and poor quality so I tried Kerekes and wow The cookie sheets I purchased from them are top quality and are making my large batches of cookies bake consistently.
