Leaves no sharp edges on the can or lid!

Fairly Good I like it because it is easy to grip and turn the large twisting knob. The can edges are safe and the built in gripper is for pulling the lid off. Since the lid won't drop inside the can, it makes the draining process a bit of a mess.

Amazingly Smooth It takes a couple of tries to get used to the design. Can and lid edges stay amazingly smooth. Seems to be sturdy but time will tell how fast the wheel will wear off.

Cool This can be a bit frustrating to figure out as the instructions are poorly written. But once you get the hang of it, it is a pretty cool can opener. It cuts the can from the sides, unlike most can openers, which cut from the top. And it leaves clean smooth edges.

Nice Can Opener This OXO Can Opener is great, however, it took some getting used to. You need to keep checking the lid to see if you're done, because it doesn't make a popping sound. And I found it took very many turns until the can was open. The pros: it's very easy to turn and leaves only smooth edges.

Excellent Gadget The can opener creates a perfect 'lid' which can be removed with its pliers. It took a bit of practice until I got the hang of it but it works surprisingly well.

Heavy This can opener is a bit to the heavy side and it's completely black. Not the prettiest can opener around. But it works well. That is what counts.

Lid Goes Back On! The Oxo Can Opener has pliers for you to get the lid off the can. And what's real cool; Lid fits back on! No more open cans lying around. What a genius idea.

Cannot Drain It probably should have been obvious that since it cuts the can from the sides, it is now difficult to drain the fluids by using the lid. Issue solved: I now dump the contents in a mesh strainer! Otherwise, this can opener is truly awesome.
