    good release, needs more side wall support Release properties and smooth surface are good. The long edges of product are not straight due to the weight pressing out against the long sides of mold. Basically, it bows out between the vertical supports of mold, resulting in uneven sides.

    Good Structure The mold includes an extra ring for better stability, which really helps, but it's not enough. I still noticed a little bulging on the sides. Otherwise, it was a great product and my cakes just slide right out.
